INTRODUCTION Documents in export trade play a very significant role from the very beginning when an exporter gets an order from a foreign buyer to the final stage when the exporter seeks cash assistance and other incentives offered by the Government. Export documentation is far more complicated than the documentation that domestic shipments require. Since the transaction involves different nations, political as well as economic considerations affect the documentation required. Specific documentation requirements vary widely from country to country. It is necessary to complete each document accurately, for a mistake may delay the shipment’s delivery.

E-COMMERCE The computer and the World Wide Web have created some dramatic changes in the business world. Especially more attention on business-to-consumer (B2C) E-commerce, but the majority of the E- commerce transactions are business to business. The most common use of E-commerce today is to research vendor and product information. This is primary reason that some vendors have only a Web site on the Internet to merely advertise their products. However, other companies have advanced on-line procurement systems that permit a buyer to electronically check available stock, negotiate price, issue an order, check on the status of the order, issue an invoice and receive payment.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
