Course outline aspects 1. Briefing an orientation about the school visit 1.1. School Location University Laboratory High School IER, New Campus, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. For further detail see appendix I. 1.2. School history and detail The University Laboratory School was established in April 1968. Initially the aim was to provide teaching practice to the students of IER and subsequently the level was to be raised to Intermediate. Due to some unavoidable circumstances the school continued with 1-8th classes. In the year 1992, 9th and 10th classes were added for one year and the school attained a very respectable position in all its disciplines. 2

Aims and Objectives: To encourage teaching practice to the students, complete research programs and suggest syllabi for the advancement of education framework. In this course I am subjected to observe the basic structure of the school and school system. 1.4. Protocol of the Visit I took permission from my Director Dr. Rana Rizwan and then I took permission from the principal of the School Madam Sameena Sahhban, all by the help of my teacher Miss Aisha Sami For further detail see appendix VI 1.5. Ethics of the activity I had to reach the school on the time allocated by my teacher. I switched off my mobile phone. I avoided overcrowding, and noise disturbance in school. 1.6. Dress code The female staff of the school were in Eastern wears i.e. Shalwar kameez or abbaya.
