He created a set of laws that were named after the emperor (Justinian code). The code made it clear that it was the responsibility of the emperor to make and interpret all the laws (Kitzinger 19). Justinian was responsible for reuniting the Roman Empire. Justinian was born in a humble village to a farmer and then he was sent to the capital for further education. He was naturally patient, meticulous and solitary by nature. He used to persevere and sustain long-term plans for others, he never had time to rest and he was grateful for this because he had the heart to be there for others (Kitzinger 27). The life of Justinian is a key factor that affected the administration of the empire and guided others in the day to day activities.
