2 Running Head: Measurement Strategy Abstract “It’s impossible to know just how effective your vision and values are and how well your employees are taking them to heart without a tangible way to measure the impact of your ideas,” (Miller, 2018). Measurement strategy is just as important as the scope of the improvement. Measures are quantifiable performance statements (Olsen, 2018). There are two types of measurement, quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative measurement focuses on numerical values and their growth or decline over time, in contrast qualitative measurements collect insight. The Operational Improvement Plan’s success to reestablish a polished oversight committee to better serve the Compliance Committee Model can be measured through a data analysis. The remaining portion of this paper will outline a detailed measurement strategy, quantitatively and qualitatively (Olsen, 2018). Quantitative Measurement Strategy Quantitative measurement strategies use mathematical analysis and data to shed light on important statistics about your business and market (Fatteross, 2018).
