Marketing Research Plan First Step: After checking the suitable environmental conditions we select a country to establish our business , based on our survey the best layer to target first is the educated layer with financial capabilities because its easier to explain the product and the expected results to them. Second Step: As a first step for our business we will import the solar panels after making the needed arrangements with the government Third Step: Once the results of our product spread among people due to our advertisements and satisfied customers we will start selling the product on larger scale Fourth Step : When the business becomes stable we will construct our own factory in china due to the cheap labor and also the abundance of silicon which is the main material in solar panels

Market Situation Current Market According to Solar Buzz, an analyst of solar energy market trends, as by 2009, there were 7300 MW solar installations and the number was expected to rise to 8400- 13,100 MW BY 2010. The forecast Scenarios also indicated that the industry growth in terms of global revenues would rise from $46.3 billion in 2009 to $96.8 in 2016.
