MAT 223 – Linear Algebra I Winter 2017 Textbook. Linear Algebra with Applications, Seventh Edition , by Nicholson. The bookstore will sell a hardcopy of this book, this should cost approximately 150$. You can also purchase an eBook version for approximately 90$. These are also purchased at the bookstore, and consist of a code used to access the “Connect” system, which includes the eBook. This semester we are not using the publisher’s online HW system, so please look for used copies of the book to save yourself some money. Course Website. You can access the MAT 223 course website through the University of Toronto Portal ( https://portal.utoronto.ca/). After logging in, click on the course title under My Courses to enter the website.
