Coffee is the most trade volume in the world after petroleum. People like to consume coffee with hundreds of varieties on the market, both at home and outside. The café-cafeteria culture that has existed for 150 years in the world has exploded in the year 2000 with the presentation format developed by Sturbucks. By the way, Sturbucks has close to 15 branches in nearly 40 countries. in Turkey in the last 15 years, shopping streets and in shopping malls for people to give short breaks hundreds of cafés were opened. These cafes are mostly branches of a chain mark. In Turkey, about 25 brand cafe chain has over 1,000 branches. The number of craftsmen type cafes is over 3000. The size of the coffee sector in Turkey is estimated to be around TL 2.5 billion. Altınkılıç Group is one of Turkey holding company in the hands of the coffee market. Altınkılıç, who has been importing coffee beans for many years and is the leader in this field, in 2004, aimed at the widespread of Turkish kafes, he spent his life in the chain of “Kahve Dünyası”. At the first opening, a cup of Turkish coffee was sold for 1 TL. Kahve Dünyası, established by Altınkılıç in 2004 to promote Turkish coffee, has become a big brand today. The 140 brands have opened branches in London and New York. Today, the company employs 1500 people. Firman's gross income with retail is 260 million TL. The company supplies coffee beans from a private farm in Brazil. Starbucks is the world's most common coffee chain. There are mainly American style coffee varieties in the rooms. By the way, the products in the menus are standard all over the world. However, an exception made in Turkey and the menu was added to Turkish coffee.
