September 27, 2016 Lecture 5 Age of majority in AB = 18 yrs. - Minors lack capacity to K (contract) unless the K is for the necessaries of life (food, shelter, etc.) or for a “beneficial K of service (apprentice)”. - If you sign a K when under 18 and are in it after 18 you have now ratified the K (accepted the K as an adult)--you’re bound. *Also, if you lie about your age, then you’re bound to the K as well.* (Fraudulent Misrepresentation as to Age)

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
