Early Feedback (by week 4) o Support to the Assessment Task 1 can be achieved through "Week 4 Early Feedback" which is purposely designed to help you perform well in the research essay. o Specifically, during week 4, you can bring an outline of the research essay to your lecturer. Based on your outline and the marking rubric, the lecturer will give you advice as to whether you are going well and going in the right direction in writing the essay and what you may need to do to improve the research essay. o The discussion with your lecturer should take place by week 4 so that you have enough time to prepare and complete your research essay. o Experience strongly suggests that the discussion with the lecturer on the outline tends to help students perform much better in the research essay. 8

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
