First of all, I must say I enjoyed this reading very much. Personally, I love reading fiction in my spare time anyway, so this really helped me get through the material and apply what we've been learning (particularly from Senge's text) throughout the course. I was immediately hooked after reading only the first few pages and I could not put the book down until I was at the end of the entire book. The two passages that stood out to me for this particular discussion were both from the chaos that was described right before Rogo and Peach's meeting/discussion. "The machinist threatens to walk off the job, the union steward shows up, everybody is mad, nobody is working, and now I've got three people greeting me bright and early in front of an idle plant." and "I stop as for people come bursting out of a door on the side of the plant. I see Dempsey, the shift supervisor; Martinez the union steward, some hourly guy, and a machining center foreman named Ray. And they're all talking at the same time. Dempsey is telling me
