Peac 101 Motivated When I first started this class my upper body strength was lacking. I am in no way in good shape yet, however, I am determined to get there. One piece of equipment I started out with very low weight was the mid row. After the first circuit on the machines my neck and shoulders hurt for about a week. As the weeks went on I found myself getting 15 reps on the machine. The second circuit I moved the weight up. I only was able to get 7 reps but I liked the more weight. After about a week and a half I was able to move up the weight again. I was now challenging myself on the machine since I was comfortable on the correct movement on the machine. I think that I was able to improve pn all machines due to using the overload principal. I was able to get more reps on each machine that made me able to use more weight. Once I was able to do more reps at that weight I was able to move up again. This showed more and more improvement. While doing the tricep press I found it kind of difficult to feel comfortable on the machine. My
