Questions, then talk about passion (possible story) To start off with the history we of course have to talk about the founder. Bobs story neatly intertwines the hard grind of surfboard shaping, the mediocric rise of a home grown surf brand, and perhaps the boldest move in surf industry history Bobs father was in the military and the family moved around constantly. His dad unfortunately died in Japan and the family moved back to Rhode Island. His mom at the young age of 27 with 3 young children decided to move to the west coast. Bob played high school football. And when two of his teammates came to practice with long sun bleached locks, the coach told them to get it cut because they looked like valley girls. Bob bod was is intrigued by these dudes. He’s like “what’s up with the hair? Are you parents in the styling business? And they are like no no no we surf and the sun bleached out. And then he was like hey can I go surfing with you sometime. That’s how bob discovered surfing.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
