In the Mexican culture there are two value dimensions that have many similarities and differences. The two that will be examined are masculinity vs feminity and long term vs short term. The masculine part of this masculinity vs femininity speaks to a more competitive aspect while the feminine side tends to collaboration and is more consesnsus oriented. “ Masculinity-femininity cultural dimension is  addressed as a societal, not an individual's, characteristic and "refers to the distribution of  values between the genders" (Hofstede, 2011).  The individualism side of individualism vs collectivism is when a persons main focus is to only tend to themselves and very close family members.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
