NECESIDADES Y PROBLEMAS DEL DOCENTE NOVEL - Conocer las particularidades del centro de trabajo por medio de un escrito en una reunión. - Programa de bienvenida para los maestros novatos. - Formar grupos en donde los docentes se apoyen unos a otros y aprendan a solucionar problemas prácticos de manera efectiva. - Crear un diálogo de confianza entre el tutorado y el tutor. - Apoyar al docente novato con mi experiencia de cómo ser un líder en la comunidad. - Realizar reuniones con el docente novel para apoyarlo en el trato hacia los alumnos con problemas de disciplina. - Reportes de observaciones al docente novato en donde se le hagan las observaciones de acuerdo a la clase y donde se le den sugerencias para poder resolver los problemas.
