If team members are not open with each other and share their weaknesses, then dishonestly resulting unsuccessful relationship and the absent of trust among organization. The absent of trust is coming from being afraid to admitting fraud and it’s because of competitive instincts leaders developed in the system. In this kind of environment everyone so worry about their reputation and try to prove each other confidence that they are capable of doing their responsibilities. Eventually, the non- realistic trust will be pervasive in the organization and leaders rely heavily on members and never think of any other back up/protective plan . When problem appears in the system then everyone start to blame each other to protect their reputation. As author mentioned one of the best characteristic of team leaders is to give everyone enough confident to share their vulnerabilities with their team and try to get help from each other, until they cover several kind of weaknesses in the team.
