The clerk in this video tries to exercise his right to personal property by refusing to serve a customer he doesn’t agree with. Many people do this all the time such as when Muslims refuse to bake wedding cakes for gays (Crowder, 2015). Personal property rights are the corner stone of human rights in that each person owns themselves and by extension, what they own what they make.
