LEADERSHIP ACTION PLAN 2 Leadership Action Plan Summary of what I learned about myself in relation to Demonstrate Leadership The course/class offered me an important chance to enhance my understanding of various leadership issues, including appropriate qualities. First, I would like to appreciate the fact that I was provided with an exposure to the Myer-Briggs Type Inventory Tool that improved my ability to understand my weaknesses and strengths as a leader. Through the MBTI tool, I learned that I an introvert and that people with my personality type tend to limit their interactions with other individuals, although, they appreciate seeking clarifications regarding important issues or factors of interest. Having learned my personality type, I believe am now in a position to take appropriate measures that would enhance my inter-personal skill and the manner in which I interact with other people. I believe that my ability to seek clarification and proper explanations in any place of work is an important skill that would enhance or facilitate my future leadership activities or practices. Leadership Philosophy Developed throughout the Class From a personal perspective, I think leadership is a practical skill and a research area that involves the capacity of a person to offer guidance, directions or ideas to the people within their surroundings.
