Q.1 W.L Gore and Associates Inc. corporate’s cultures and working hours revolve around four core principles that have enabled the organization to meet its work-life balance needs and drive high performance from individuals and teams. The four principles touch on fairness, freedom, commitment, and consultation practice before undertaking an action that may damage the organization's reputation as a whole (Maxwell, 2008). Of the four principles, two critical values may prevent employees at W.L Gore from taking advantage of their corporate's culture of "no set working hours." They include: The ability to make one's commitments and fulfill them. Based on this norm, the company does not impose obligations on individuals but rather expects each of them to make their commitments and submit to them. As such, employees will likely set their working hours and commit to it so as to accomplish their obligations, thus will less likely take advantage of no set working hours’ culture.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
