Researching similar products and developing ideas. Ordering samples or working models of design. Making presentations to win new contracts. Routine: Be sharp, analyze things. Be creative. Identify different shapes and colors and put them together. Understand different types of materials. Understand production methods. Have technical ability. Have practical ability. Have scientific and operational ability. Engineering: Extensively unit test different design models.
