INTRO When it comes to developing a personality it depends on environmental and genetic factors. Sometimes it is forgotten that gender has a role amongst the developing of a personality as well. There is a wide range when considering the social and career roles that come from the differences that develop from personality within gender as well. There are several different theories that apply to men and women differently. When it comes to personality forming there are social, biological, and cultural factors that come into play and cannot ignored.
