Requirement Process & Key Components: Requirement gathering is a step by step process which needs to be done very carefully. This includes identification of key components, its implementation strategy, and risk associated with it. Any mistake in requirement process may lead to a bad product which in turn causes huge loss of time and money. Requirement process can either be a formal restricted part of development or it can be an overlapping entity where it is repeated informally during each phase of development. 1. Project Blastoff: This means the project’s initial phase, that is the requirement analysis phase is as important as the final phase. The textbook gives an example of rocket, where the initial research is very important for its successful takeoff. 2. Trawling for Requirements: The idea here is to evaluate the requirements for feasibility. The analyst tries to figure how the requirements can be implemented, its procedures and subsequent consequences.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
