Sequential development model: Sequential development model is a process where the software is created in a sequence of phases, where there is no iteration of the same phase and none of the phases are repeated. An example of sequential development process is waterfall model. As the name suggests, in waterfall model phases occur one after the other in a sequential order. These phases can neither be repeated nor can be rolled back to previous phase. Iterative development model: Iterative development model involves iteration of various phases, till the output generated is satisfactory. Iterative development model allows development of a phase, testing it for bugs and redeveloping it till the phase is as per the requirements specified by the user. An example of iterative development process is spiral model. In spiral model, there are certain predefined milestones which need to be achieved. The process is repeated in an iterative format till the milestones are achieved.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
