I have neither given nor received unauthorized assistance on this assignment. Student Signature: Yanjie Yuan M3_Values/Norms Activity (10 points) Go back to Module 2 and place a copy of your “Dream Home” essay. Under a subtitle “ Values ”, identify three housing values expressed in your essay and number them 1-3. Explain how this value is expressed in your essay. For example, if you mentioned that it must be close to where you work then you would value ‘convenience’. Some typical housing values are listed in your slide lecture on values. Copy your Dream Home essay from M2 here. The dream home is a place where my family can live in with comfort. First of all, the house needs to meet some basic requirement for a family with children and may be older people. Thus, it needs to be spacious for 3 or 4 to start with. Years later, we may need a larger house when my parents or my wife’s parents need us to take care. It also needs to be in a safe and quiet community. Secondly, it needs to be close to where my wife and I work so that we won’t waste too much time on commuting. Moreover, there must be good schools within reasonable distance. My family gave a lot emphasis on education when I grew up and I would be glad to pass this tradition down to my children. Ideally, this house is also close to other facilities, such as shopping center, small park or playground, where our family can spend some time outside after work or school.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
