Violence between students Violence is a deliberate behavior that may cause physical or mental damage to others, the violence is not only physical, emotional or psychological violence can be, now well violent behavior seeks to physically or mentally harm a person to submit it. When we talk about school violence it is violence that occurs in the school environment, this violence can occur in any part of the school school classrooms, restrooms, playground or on grounds outside the school as it is happening in our country frequently. The Court of Puerto Rico believe the Act No. 33 of 18 January of 2012 which instructs the Secretary of education a report of statistics related to the incidence of violent or criminal activity in the schools. The Secretary must submit this report before 15 May of each school year where should provide details of the violent acts that have occurred thus necessary measures to identify the causes that make these fights in schools arising.
