US HISTORY 2 1812 War The war began as a result of conflict between United Sates of America and the United Kingdom together with their allies. It is perceived as a relatively minor theater involving Napoleonic battles, but regarding U.S., it was perceived as a fight in its right. In the war, U.S. had taken a comparatively greater naval power around the globe. The major cause of the war was due to the attempts made by the Britain to place restrictions on the U.S. trade, the desire among the Americans to expand their territory and the impressment made by the Royal Navy of America. Americans involved in costly suffering as a result of defeats in the hands of the Britain, Canada and the native American troops in the course of the fight. It also resulted in the capturing and burned down of the capital city, Washington D.C. this war was one of the most obscure conflicts involved by U.S. Despite the fact that there were great deals that had been jotted
