Aldo is an international company selling shoes for several countries ALDO vision Statement: The ALDO’s vision is to be a world-leading creator and operator of desirable footwear and accessory brands by delighting their customers, relentlessly pursuing profitable growth and always acting with their founder's values of love, respect and integrity. ALDO’s mission statement: The ALDO’s mission is to consistently provide a total customer experience through their people, products and environments and to ensure an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience for every customer. Criticism : it can be increasingly seen that aldo’s both vision and mission statement focused on satisfying the purchaser. However, they don’t include any world depicting how to deal with their employees and how to motivate them. ECCO is a shoe brand which is opened in 1963. ECCO's Vision is to be the best and most sought-after shoe brand. ECCO's mission is that to continually develop innovative designs and products. Criticism : it can be argued that ECCO’s vision and mission merely emphasized on famousness their mission is to produce new and stylish products solely to grasp people’s attention 4/21/16
