The summary should contain following scientific component: 1) Background, 2) experimental design; 3) interpretation of the data; 4) statistical analysis; 5) impact; and 6) conclusion. Background In the last 30 years, the Baculouvirus expression vector system (BEV) has been used for heterologous protein expression like vaccines and therapies. Despite the improvement through the years, the BEV system still has some major flaws and specifically the time that is needed to generate recombinant virus and virus instability target proteins. The main purpose of this experiment is to use a Tn7 transposition based system to shortened procedure to a single step transfection without amplification.
