All the religions followed a certain process to be found at different locations across the world. Some people have ever wondered how a certain religion, which is expected to be found in specific parts of the earth came to be part of people in different continents. This is the main issue which in regard to the perception of the African Islam, for example, as a pejorative by the Europeans and other Muslims in the Mediterranean.
