Research Discussion : Young in her article assessed professional judgement to be a process that employees fully consider as the actuality, business environment and management characteristics of enterprise, and in turn utilize these information materials as well as their professional methods, logical ability and professional experience to actualize the bottom line of the enterprise’s expectation. She further emphasized that managers wishing to build trust and accord with their employees need to ensconce good decision making skills that would in turn consistently produce fair and ethical judgments as well as evaluations. She describes that managers who consistently make fair and well thought of decisions and perspicacity will ultimately see their effectiveness and credibility increase.
