EE 233 Lab Test Manual Page 1 of 4 1 Introduction The lab test is designed to evaluate each student’s ability to use the laboratory instruments and their understanding to the audio mixer project. Therefore, students have to show how their audio mixer circuits work by using a power supply, function generator, digital multimeter, oscilloscope, and speaker. 2 Reference You can review materials from the previous laboratories if necessary. 3 Circuit The circuit for the lab test is the audio mixer that has been built in the previous laboratory procedures. To demo the audio mixer, students need to bring two or three electronic devices, such as cell phones or laptops, to play sounds. 4 Exam Format and Grading 1. The exam is administered by the TA to each group, and all group members should show up in the exam, except special cases. If any students have to miss an exam, they must contact the instructor at least a day before the lab test (or arrange for someone to do so). 2. Each exam is limited to 30 minutes per group. The TA should publish a clear schedule for each group before the lab test. 3. The exams will be carried out in the lab sections during the last week of the quarter, during the regular lab time. All exams must be completed no later than the last day of class in the quarter (check the UW Calendar to find out). 4. During the exam students will show the TA a project demo and each student will answer 2-3 project questions selected by the TA. 5. The score for each question is given below. The maximum total score is 50.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
