SYSTEM PROPOSAL 2 System Proposal: Course Service Software & Customer Support Ticket System With LTR being the sole entity responsible for Portal and online course maintenance, they have decided to purchase, modify, and implement the application software called Jira Service Desk. The process of rolling out this application is involved, thus requiring a project plan to be created by the project manager. Completing this project on time, within budget, and to meet the users’ requirements is essential for this project. The planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of this project are four significant areas required of the project manager. These processes are outlined in the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Project Monitoring and Control Plan, and Timeline below. Work Breakdown Structure Implementing a new system involves a series of precise tasks for the project manager. The initial step consists of the project manager reviewing the project notes set by LTR and doing so will help them create a business case document. This document will enable the project manager to develop a timeline for the project with the goal of getting a signoff to commence. In
