ETH501Business Ethics (2017SEP05FT-3) Introduction XYZ investment company conducted an exhaustive search for new investment opportunities in the following areas. Real estate development, restaurant franchises, and retail chain. The search has narrowed down to 3 possible alternatives where each of which will pay off in exactly 10 years from the date of initial investment. Below are my 3 options and quantitative analysis. Real estate development Although real estate is a sound investment, historically, real estate prices have gone through several ups and downs.
