In the reading passage, manager, Inland National Bank faces some trouble. As a manager, Amy does not know whether Home Saving Bank, acquired by Inland National Bank, need to be closed in Rockdate Branch and North Madison Branch. The two branches’ condition she considers is shown below. Frist, in Rockdate Branch, the neighborhood was old and is declining every year. If Inland National Bank support Home Saving Bank to be still developed here, it is risky enough because INB has to invest 500000 dollars and will not know whether this plan can make profit in the future. Second, about North Madison Branch, people here in poor. Many people are on welfare and public assistance. Thus, it seems like there is less useful to set Home Saving Bank here. Home Saving can actually replace with automatic teller Machine. However, if INB moves Home Saving Bank, there will lose about 20 position of jobs. In addition, after merger announcement was published, there are plenty of controversy appearing.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
