Hate speech means speech disparaging a racial sexual, ethnic group or a member of such a group. Hate speech may cause violence, or may threaten to some group or person which include any languages, gesture or action. Sometimes it may come from prejudice. Hate speech is part of freedom of speech, but it is different. Freedom do not mean you can use any words whatever you want which to violate others. In order to be free, you need to respect others. I wouldn’t advocate placing limits on free expression in order to deal with the problem posed by hate speech. Hate speech should not attack to one specific person whose gender, race, physiological feature should not be allowed to judge in public including on social medical network. Those kinds of hate speech should be banned to post on social media work. I think we shouldn’t attempt to reach an international consensus on how to define hate speech and on the standards to be applied in dealing with it.
