Elgin Scalzi EDU 225 Author of the Week – Jan Brett 1. Jan Brett has over 40 million books in circulation, which (believe it or not) is a LOT of books, making her the “nation's foremost author illustrators of children's books”. Another fact about her is that she was a student at the Boston Museum School, studying the Fine Arts. And a final fact about her is that she travels all around the world, from Botswanna, Africa to Nunavut Canada. 2. I read Gingerbread Baby . It was about a gingerbread man running around, causing mischief and escaping each situation. He eventually has a LOT of people and animals chasing him. My opinion of this book… it’s simple enough to be understood, but not too involved where it’s confusing. The artwork is well done. And… I liked it.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
