BA 2410 – Module Three Homework Chapter 8 1. Describe and discuss the selection measures that your current organization uses to select employees (include any tests, interviews, etc.). After reading the chapters in this module, do you think that these measures are the best ones to use? If so, why? If not, what would you suggest and why? Be sure to discuss how the measures are both valid and reliable in predicting success in the job. I just currently switched jobs, I was just a security guard now I am a EMT security guard. The interview is made up of 3 different interviews to complete on full interview with my place of work. The first interview is do questionnaire testing. This while interview is dedicated to giving you real scenarios of what can and has happened on the job at that work place. Some is multiple choice and you select the best answer that would describe the choice you would make in that given scenario. Others you are just given a blank box and asked what you would do from start to finish. If you did well they call you back for your second interview, which is the EMT part. They have one of the EMT give you real life sentries and make you show how you would handle it. You have to do well on those, be able to efficiently operate and ABS and give CPR to people of all ages. If you do well on that they call you in for your final interview where you need the head of your department and the HR people and they in detail go over your job (pay, duties, hours, etc.) if you agree and they all like you a job offer is extended. I feel like this is the best

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
