Three students were not available for the Mill Hill and Ravens test ( n = 132) because the tests were conducted one year later by which time they had already moved. As such, the data for the missing students was eliminated as it would not lead to any potential bias in influencing the results (Peacock & Peacock, 2013). 4.1.2 Relationship to Triarchic Theory In this study, the researcher used six Aurora Battery subtests, all based on Robert Sternberg’s Triarchic Theory of Intelligence, to measure the creative, analytical and practical intelligence of the study’s cohort. In essence, by using the Aurora, the researcher employed the constructs of the Triarchic Theory to identify giftedness and est ablish relationships with a degree of independence between the abilities. 4.1.3 Aurora test results before DSPST results The researcher was interested in identifying the gifted cohort of children using the Aurora in order to compare the identified cohort to those identified using the DSPST tool.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
