The Written Sources Of Commercial Law The written sources of commercial law are codes, regulations, by-laws, The primary source of Turkish commercial law is the Turkish Commercial Code Law No. 6102 (TCC). The Turkish Code of Obligation (TCO) also comes up as the other main source of Turkish commercial law. Several special codes regulate certain issues concerned with commercial law, including Turkish Civil Law (TCL ), Turkish Code on Protection of Competition (TCPC), Turkish Capital Market Law (TCML), Turkish Law of Checks (TLC).

Exceeding the limits of a craftsperson’s income Craftsperson According to Art 15 of TCC The person whose economic activity is up to physical working rather than capital whose revenue doesn't exceed the limit shown in the decree pursuant to second paragraph of article 11 who is involved in artisanship and commerce whether it is mobile or fixed in a shop or in a certain place on the Street. 11th Article authorizes the Council of Ministers to determine the limits of commercial enterprises and craftsperson activities.
