Anthony Ricciardi January 26, 2018 MiniCase 2: Rising Action Bakery 1. Stage 1: Rising Action Bakery anticipated and recognized a need for a healthier lower carb flour to make a healthier bread for their customers. Power Flour is a supplier has developed a new flour that meets these needs. Stage 2: Rising Actions did research to see what they need if they buy this new healthier flour. They found out that this health trend may only last 2-3 years and are concerned with how they are going to incorporate it without having to buy new equipment. They are also worried about purchasing the right amount of new flour. Stage 3: Rising Action policy is to get 3 bids on the supply purchase. Stage 4: They do not have any acquisitions yet but do have one proposal which is Power Flour. Stage 5: Risings Actions called Power Flour back to get more information to be able to do more evaluation. There is no stage 6 or 7 yet because they have not made a deal or placed an order for the flour.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
