BLESS LIVES AND STRENGTHEN FAMILIES 2 Bless Lives and Strengthen Families A company needs a mission statement to not only give clear direction for the company and employees, but also to flourish financially. There can be a massive backlash if a mission or vision of a company is violated. A clear mission and a direct vision set the course for the entire company. A company who does not have a mission or vision or one that is loosely followed will ultimately fail. LuLaRoe is one company with a strong mission and vision, but has slowly faltered; thus, making them lose customers and retailers alike. LuLaRoe Vision Statement The company LuLaRoe believes in being more than just a clothing company. Their vision is to create a place that improves the lives of individuals, their family, and the future generations (LuLaRoe, 2017). They do this by empowering each individual within their company to run their business; however, their vision seems to have faltered from when they first created this business. According to their Social Responsibilities section of their website they “Align with businesses, facilities, and individuals who share our values of family, confidence, and responsibility made apparel” (LuLaRoe, 2017).
