MKT20024 Assignment 1 (Problem Diary) – 10% Due date Assignment 1 is to be submitted online via Turnitin by 5 pm Friday 16 March 2016 (end of week 3, Semester 1, 2018). Problem Diary You are required to keep a record, using the supplied diary sheets, of problems that you confront day by day where your or someone’s response could be or is “I wish there was a solution to this”. Please note that there should be no existing solution to this problem. Marks given for The 10 marks will be allocated as follows: Total 10 marks Number of problems identified 3 marks Breadth of problems identified 3 marks Justification 2 marks Grammar and Vocabulary 2 marks Problem guide Something you or someone like you can solve, not something that ‘they ought to do’. Problems should pertain to new solutions, not improvements to existing solutions/products e.g. Myki. Problems should not have existing solutions, and should be the kind of problem, where there is an opportunity for product/solution development.
