SOLUBILITY OF B-12 AND VITAMIN E B-12 is water soluble vitamin. The human body needs vitamin b-12 to make red blood cells, nerves, DNA, and to carry out other functions. B-12 cannot be made by the human body. It must be consumed via animal products or supplements. Vitamin E is fat soluble. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects the lipids throughout the body as well as protecting the membranes of red blood cells. Vitamin E defends cells from damage from lead, mercury, and other toxins from drugs

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
