2 Introduction and Situation Overview When we view health care today, we think of what can be done to better our systems, what can be said to reduce expensive payments, or what can be built to decrease overcrowding of primary care in rural areas. Healthcare has been of much importance to conversations of legislation parties and councils of the health care systems ever since our newly elected president has entered office. Systems are distinguishing between expansion and reduction of Medicaid, in addition to what is cost effective for prescription drugs to save out of pocket payers and governmentally aided patients. Not only is health care becoming more competitive trying to accommodate patient care through reasonable providence and funding, but it is also becoming more strategic as patients are beginning to voice their recommendations and opinions on what can be done to better healthcare environments. After analyzing the East Chestnut Regional Health System (ECRH), the marketing plan has become more widely ranged from age, branding, recruitment, to consumption, advertisement, and common ground of development. A plan must be created to match the suggestions of consultants and consider all aspects of what can be done positively and legally incorporated to enhance the productivity and competence of the issues within the healthcare business. In rural areas where the population consists of physicians who are of age and near retirement or primary care clinics who have limited space or constant traffic face discrepancies of understaffed employers and ineffective businesses due to the competition of others. The overall framework must consider the quantity and quality of the health care system, by eliminating what is unsuccessful economically to consolidate what is critical for the concern and care of patients.

3 Goal ECRH has a list of great goals that they have set forth to achieve to be able to create a great health system. According to University of Phoenix Case Study: East Chestnut Regional Health System (2017), they have plans to work with the following: Women's Service Line, Grand Opening of Their Oncology Center, Enhance the Marketing of the Primary Care Physicians Group, Acton Negative Implications from Lawsuits, Recruit New Physicians, Use Lean Management Tools to Help Right Issues in the Emergency Department and to Close Regional Burn Unit, Behavioral Health, and Archway Hospital (AH). When an organization has placed so much time into making goals and decisions for their health system to make it better for not only the consumer but also every other stakeholder involved then it means to the consumer that they care about making things better for everyone for the long run.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
