UNIT 1 GROUP ASSIGNMENT Participants: David Grant, John Gray, Scott Grossman, Renee Diviak, (Bailey Donley- left group before completion but did participate early on) 1. Rewards . What rewards do you think are important and want to receive as a result of working together as a group? The rewards of working together as a group which are important are having a team. Having others to share the experiences with and to learn from is beneficial. Building relationships which may be needed during this course are useful. The practice of refining your own flexibility by working within groups is a reward. The responses to posts can serve as a tool to help people see different point of views. Working within a group cultivates a greater sense of patience when working with what could be a very diverse group. There are barriers to this as we are an online "distance learning" group, in different time zones and locations around the world. We will learn to effectively communicate, and it will make the group project successful.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
