Lesson 1.08 Directions: Answer all of the following questions with one well-written paragraph for each. Consider the HAP-P questions in writing your summaries. Historical Question: How did economic, religious, and political developments shape the Atlantic World by 1750? Summary of Document 1: This document is about the beliefs of the people that John Edwards is describing. He says that they are God-fearing people who know what they must do to save their eternal lives, and become right with God. There are many people that have not converted, which Edwards describes as wicked, and he tells that their lives are miserable because they fear death and they tread the Earth weary of what will come after this life ends. What value does Document 1 have in answering the historical question? Document 1 holds a lot of value in answering the historical question because it helps out with the religious aspects of the Atlantic World.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
