Precious Lin NUSC 1165 Professor Baird March 26, 2018 Compare and analyze your average intake of saturated fat, sodium and sugar with the recommended levels of the American Heart Association (Americanheart.org). List the specific numbers recommended; and your average intake of each. Write a 2-4 sentences recap. Identify all high sodium food – more than 450 mg/serving - sources in your diet. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
