2 Two Issues to Examine in Management Abstract This paper reviews the two issues that are within management sectors which are change and communication. The paper responds to the dilemma that it takes to implement change management processes with small and large corporations alike. The dilemma comes when there are many different components in business that have many different managers and supervisors, with minimal policies on change management processes with regards of what this means with communication. This paper will discuss the importance of both subjects, how they intertwine, and what difficulty there is currently and historically. The difficulty is of systematic importance, and managers in business sectors have struggled to make change management work for their organizations for years.
