Chapter 11: Leadership 652-86-9994 Ethical Dilemma As Jessica Armstrong, I would tell Darius Harris that a volunteer program is just a volunteer job. Employees should choose when they want to volunteer and when they want to volunteer. He should not directly ask people with his work because they might think that it is a mandatory job and they might not like that. As Armstrong, I would tell Harris that he needs to realize that his employees might have other things to attend to before they can volunteer. I would also tell him that he should not make his employees volunteer but just ask. Then more employees might want to volunteer resulting in greater success. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
