I have excellent interpersonal skills and excel in dealing with technical issues for my clients. In my current job, a client was very unhappy with the deployment of their new email system, meaning he was afraid he wasn’t receiving all his emails in the new setup. I went out of my way to show the transmission reports for incoming and outgoing emails, using multiple tests accounts, to assure him that he was receiving all his important emails. Troubleshooting comes naturally to me like a gift from God. It doesn’t matter what company I go to, I am able to fix pretty much anything without any knowledge of the current configuration. On the other side of this, reading comprehension is probably my biggest weakness that needs the most
