ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY FOR TEXTING AND DRIVING 2 Annotated Bibliography for Texting and Driving Everyone is affected by people texting and driving, whether you are the one committing  the offense and causing the accident or on the receiving end of the accident. There is a good  chance you have never been in an accident if people were not distracted while driving. Every  individual alive is in danger of a person texting and driving because of the amount of distraction  involved regardless of how culturally accepted this form of distraction is for people. Tougher  laws will help reduce the amount of crashes and fatalities on the road by restricting texting and  driving across the states. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
